His career journey took him from law to recruitment, then finance, before ultimately landing in tech, all driven by his belief in technology’s power to shape the future.

Steve Selwood brings over 18 years of experience in business development, partnerships, and commercial strategy across various industries including SaaS, sports tech, and consulting. Throughout his career, Steve has led commercial growth at fast-paced startups, secured high-value partnerships, and successfully scaled new tech products. His passion for driving business results and building lasting relationships has been central to his approach.
At The PEGroup, Steve’s role is all about applying his deep expertise in SaaS and commercial strategy to a sector that is vital but often underserved by intuitive, user-friendly tech. His primary goal is to deliver real value to our public sector clients.
Akolade’s journey into the world of technology is marked by determination, a thirst for knowledge, and a relentless drive to solve complex problems. Starting as a self-taught full-stack developer in Lagos, Akolade quickly made a name for himself by building multiple fintech and automation products.
